Your CRM stays in charge. This is where the calling happens.
Leads come in, outcomes go back, and nobody copies anything between two windows.
Two systems, two versions of the truth.
The dialler says the lead was called four times and booked. The CRM says it was contacted once. Both are wrong, and the person trying to report on it picks whichever looks better.
Usually it's because someone was meant to update the second system by hand. That works when it's quiet, which is not when the volume is.
Three tiers. Pick the shallowest one that solves your problem.
They stack, but most floors run the first on its own and never need the others.Tier 1 — send us your leads
Your CRM, ad platform or affiliate posts to one address and the lead appears in the queue. This is where nearly everyone starts, and it can be live in an afternoon.
Tier 2 — we ask you for context
As an agent opens a lead we ask your system for its current state and show it on screen. Nothing is copied and nothing goes stale, because we read it when it's needed.
Tier 3 — you render inside our screen
Your own interface appears inside the agent's workspace, so they work in both systems at once without a second tab and without you rebuilding anything.
Outcomes always come back
Every result, callback, recording and score is written back as it happens — with a delivery log, so a silent failure isn't possible.
Or no CRM at all
Dialspace holds the leads itself. Import a spreadsheet, map the columns, and it's in the queue. Plenty of floors buying leads run a shared spreadsheet, and that's a reasonable place to start from.
Documentation for the person doing it
Full payloads and signing details, written for whoever is wiring it up rather than for a buyer.
We don't have a hundred native connectors.
Some competitors do. If your CRM is on their list and you want a one-click setup, that's a real advantage for them — say so on the demo and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the better fit.
What we have instead is an open contract any system can implement, so it makes no difference whether your CRM is Salesforce or something your cousin built in 2015. Nothing waits on us adding support for it.
