Is there a free trial?
No. Billing starts the day you sign up, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Why does AI have two prices?
The £99 is the product. The 5p a minute is the writing-up itself.
What if we go over our minutes?
Nothing stops. Extra minutes are 5p, and the pool starts again each month.
Can we add and remove people mid-month?
Any day you like — we prorate both ways.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. No notice period.
How soon can we make real calls?
A day or two — the phone networks have to verify your business first.
When does Custom make sense?
